Hatah Yoga teacher and masseur trained in Ayurvedic techniques, I practice Abhyanga massage. This is an energetic oil massage.

Before each massage, I suggest discussing the desires and needs of the person being massaged.

Each part can be massaged gently or forcefully.
The person being massaged can, at any time, express a desire different from that stated at the beginning of the session in the pressure of the hands, the zones massaged, the choice of oil (with or without oil).

My massage protocol is based on intuition and is linked to the needs of each individual.
