Hello, my name is Mika and I live in the 7th arrondissement of Paris,

After spending two decades in the army, I felt an inner call to explore the essence of being human from a different angle.

This quest led me to Thailand, a place that marked the beginning of my personal transformation, and paved the way for a new passion: wellness massage.

I first acquired skills in Traditional Thai Massage (performed on tatami), before continuing my training at the International SPA School in Paris, where I learned oil massage on a table (Swedish and Californian, as well as foot reflexology).
