You can choose from different types of massage. On this page you’ll find the different options. Relaxation massage is the most complete. But you can also create your own massage: a back massage, for example, combined with a hand and head massage. We can discuss the various possibilities together. You can also choose the duration of the massage.

I use a warm, neutral almond oil for all massages. If you are allergic to this product, please let me know so that I can use another type of oil.

Relaxing massage

30, 60 or 90 minutes
This is a relaxing general body massage based on Swedish massage techniques. The pressure exerted on your muscles can vary from a pleasantly gentle depth effect to a firm depth effect, depending on your current preferences.

For a 30-minute massage, you’ll need to choose between the front or rear panel.

In 60 minutes, I’ll massage your back, shoulders, neck, legs, arms, chest and stomach.

With the 90-minute massage, you’ll also benefit from a hand-foot massage.

Hand-foot-and-head massage

30 minutes
If you don’t have a lot of time, this massage is ideal for escaping the world for a short time. You don’t have to undress. Simply remove your shoes, sit back in a comfortable armchair and let the sensation wash over you. The massage begins with the feet and ends with a relaxing head massage.

Warning: this is not a reflexology massage, but the relaxation is just as real.

Butterfly massage

30 minutes
Only your back will be massaged with this special technique.
The massage consists of gentle, slow, repetitive movements around the spine.
Because of the ultra-gentle touch, the body generally has much less resistance to letting go than with a regular massage. The constantly repeated movement brings deep relaxation.
At the end, you’ll also enjoy a soothing head massage.
